About us

AsiaMajor (Asia Pacific Forums, Ltd) was incorporated in the State of New York in 2003 as a Class B cultural and educational not-for-profit corporation.

AsiaMajor currently has four individuals on its board of directors, who also serve as corporate officers: president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer.

AsiaMajor is exempt from federal tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 501 (c) (3).

Contributions to AsiaMajor are deductible under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 170.
